Sign in with your Stroke Tracker username or email.
Leave empty so sign-in uses this page’s address (e.g. https://mindrhythmdev.com on port 443).
A saved URL with :8433 or another host often causes “NetworkError” while curl to port 443 still works.
Self-service email reset is not implemented. Administrators can reset accounts from /stroke-admin/, or an operator can update user_account in SQLite.
